Aims of the Training:

By the end of this Food Hygiene course learners will:

  • Categorise food into four distinct food groups
  • Have knowledge of the way that bacteria can affect food and make it unfit for consumption, plus know how to control the risk

Format:

This Food Hygiene/ Food Safety course is accessed through a dedicated learner portal and you will be provided the easy to use login details. The course is divided into modules with a short quiz at the end of each to test your knowledge. Once you have progressed through each of the modules you can access a final test which consists of multiple choice questions based on the material that you have studied.

How long is a certificate valid for? Does the extra bundle come with certificates too? e.g., food allergens What bodies certify these courses?

Hi Damilola, the certificate lasts for 3 years. This is the period all compliance training should last so be careful if you see courses that say they are valid for longer! All the courses in the bundle are certificated also. The Food Hygiene Level 3 course plus all the free courses are accredited by The CPD and IIRSM. Both awarding bodies are internationally recognised.
